Eastwood Global Plaza is a modern 49-storey luxurious condominium built in accordance with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements, situated alongside towering buildings. Bauer Foundations Philippines, Inc. carried out the design and construction of shoring works and 280m capping beam for the 4-storey basement excavation pit.

A total of 386piles with a diameter of 880mm up to a length of 24m were installed and the resulting secant pile wall was back anchored with about 836 ground anchors with up to 25 strands each. Double wall casings were used to ensure that pile shaft will have minimal bulking and Drilling Inclination System (DIS) was used for monitoring the verticality of casings. With the performance of BG40 and BG30 drilling rigs, the project was completed 21 days ahead of its contractual schedule.
